ALL FOOD AND BEVERAGE VENDORS MUST HAVE A CURRENT OF INSURANCE ATTACHED TO THIS FORM. FOOD AND BEVERAGE VENDORS WHO DO NOT PROVIDE A CURRENT CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO SET UP AT THIS EVENT.
Participant and Vendor pre-registration is also available at the Airport Administration office during regular business hours. Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
You may mail, email, Fax (307) 686-1471 or drop your SIGNED pre-registration forms off (along with the Certificate of Insurance if applicable) at the Airport Administration Office. There is a drop box located outside the Administration Office door you may leave your SIGNED form (and Certificate of Insurance if applicable) in after hours.
