Thunder Basin Aviation is not responsible for damage to your aircraft or damage caused by an improperly secured aircraft, because of high wind or other weather phenomena. Please do not lock your aircraft with the brakes set, as aircraft are subject to tow in these conditions, per pilot advisal.

    THUNDER BASIN AVIATION WILL NOT MOVE AIRCRAFT THAT WOULD PERMIT SAFETY HAZARDS.

    This document will be printed and accessible during regular office hours at the General Aviation Terminal Building.

    The Pilot acknowledgment is mandatory; the box will be pre-checked. Please read the entire statement below the box before submitting. Furthermore, make sure to review the wording concerning the refusal to have aircraft towed and check that box if that is your preference.

    The form will be emailed to the Thunder Basin Aviation staff and kept in our records.
